This is a group for pastoral couples who are looking for authentic community and an opportunity to enrich their marriages.
When you join this group, you and 4 or 5 other couples will attend four gatherings*. Each evening includes relationship building with other pastoral couples and an engaging, interactive time with pastoral marriage specialists Carsten and Linda Pellmann from Shepherds Heart Ministry and/or the Thrive team. (When we resume in-person gatherings dinner will be included)
This group is limited to 6 couples.
2021 Date Nights will be hosted on Monday June 7th, September 20th, and November 22nd.
*COVID Changes to Date Night Oh how we wish we could get together at Pearable Retreat Centre for Date Night and enjoy one of Bonnie’s amazing meals. Even though that is not possible we want to invite you to attend an online version on June 7th @ 7pm.
Cost: The cost for Date Night Online is $20 per couple. (We can provide an invoice for you if you require one). This can be done by cheque made out to Thrive Ministries, PO Box 28013, Lakeport, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, L2N 7P8 OR by e-transfer to finance@thriveministries.ca
Next Date Night: Lego Night! Monday, June 7th, @ 7 – 8:30pm
Lego Night! Set aside your evening and enjoy a nice meal together at home (really make a proper date out of it), and then join the rest of the couples and the Thrive team for discussion, prayer and a creative activity. This month we’ll be having some LEGO play to help us communicate as a couple and affirm each other. (Don’t worry if you don’t have any Lego in your home, we have some you can borrow).
