Behind every ministry leader is a story—often marked by both deep calling and deep wounds. Unfinished Business is a restorative small group experience designed to help Christian leaders and/or their family to pursue emotional healing and wholeness so they can lead and live from a place of freedom, not exhaustion or pain.

Through guided reflection, teaching, and Christ-centered community, participants safely explore the personal and ministry experiences that have shaped them—finding renewal, forgiveness, and greater self-awareness.

This process supports long-term ministry resilience and sustainability by helping leaders:

• Address unhealed hurts that quietly drain energy and joy.

• Grow in emotional and spiritual wholeness through God’s redemptive work.

• Reconnect with their identity in Christ rather than performance or pressure.

• Experience authentic supportive community with others who understand ministry life.

Unfinished Business offers the space and guidance to be restored—so you can continue leading with strength, clarity, and a renewed heart. Open to spouses, Pastor’s Kids, or Missionary Kids of Christian ministry leaders.
